So, I hear when you are doing wheelies you don't have to pull in the clutch to shift because there is no weight on the clutch plates, is this true? Some of my friends do this, but, I don't want to do this, unless I know it doesn't affect anything.
as long as you have the clutch out the plates are grabbing each other (well the friction plates are grabbing the clutch plates) but as far as using the clutch to shift or not using the clutch, in my opinion, if you are in the right RPM range and let off the gas she willslide right into gear if you dont use the clutch but if you try to hift at the wrong time itll be hard to go in and you might mess something up. If I am correct a blaster has a constant mesh transmission so the clutch is not necessary to shift. but like i said, only if you do it right. hope i helped and maybe someone with more knowlege will chime in. good luck!
