clutch cable tension

i went through so thick mud and some how, allitle got into the clutch cable and it is really hard to pull in. im going to take it off clean the cable and the housing, then run allitle oil through it so that it can slide easier. any other suggestion?

walmart, liquid wrench will clean her up good, use compressed air to blow it out after the liquid wrench and then the lithium grease it will slide perfect.

yep, i used liquid wrench today and it worked fine nice and easy clutch, not to much tension, thanks guys!

Make sure she is greased all the way. The liquid wrench will clean it, but it's too thin to keep it lubed for along time. Don't want her to get any rust and get sticky again!!

BTW, a kink really sucks. My son just smoked my spare cable by dropping sh*t on it.
