Hey guys I need help asap so I just rebuilt my entire motor and I go to put in my clutch arm goes in and then only moves a tiny amount. So I take it out and with a flat head screwdriver I tried to push the rod in as much as I could. Well the rod wouldn't move at all. And with the clutch arm not moving much I can't get my clutch cable in either. Thanks in advance

pull the pressure plate off, that will the spring pressure and allow the inner rod to push in, drop actuator, reinstall pressureplate/rod.
be sure the inner ball bearing doesn't drop out.
then follow the internal adjustment in the KOR assembly vids, part #3 i think...........

Btw....you shouldn't be able to turn the actuator by hand, (to connect cable) it takes a set of channel locks to rotate it once everything is installed
