Was looking at your response to my jetting in a previos post. I have stock jets in this 01 Blaster due to carb rebuild. It has FMF Gold Series SST exhaust, no lid on air box and .40 over piston. I saw someone metion a 260 and a 300 main jet. I also saw the term plug chop. . . not sure what that is. Right now the Blaster runs but wont idle correctly without having pilot screw only a 1/4 turn out which I know isn't right. It also starves for full on top end. Also will the bigger jet allow me to get the pilot screw out where it needs to be?

I've got pretty much the same mods as you plus a k&N filter. I still have to fine tune it slightly but I have a 32.5 pilot jet, and aftermarket needle(blue one) with the ring on the lowest notch, and a 340 main jet.
