Carb Jetting?

Was looking at your response to my jetting in a previos post. I have stock jets in this 01 Blaster due to carb rebuild. It has FMF Gold Series SST exhaust, no lid on air box and .40 over piston. I saw someone metion a 260 and a 300 main jet. I also saw the term plug chop. . . not sure what that is. Right now the Blaster runs but wont idle correctly without having pilot screw only a 1/4 turn out which I know isn't right. It also starves for full on top end. Also will the bigger jet allow me to get the pilot screw out where it needs to be?
