Found the intake that came with my bike deep in a box of parts, was going to start trimming for the 35mm but noticed there was crack in it. Can you or is it worth repairing? If so how would you repair yours? Thanks!

Im not sure.

But if i was to repair one, i would use like RTV silicone or Gorilla glue. Gorrilla glue would be good since it expands as it dries. but RTV would be more pliable after it dries.
Cover the cracked area and hit it with a little black paint.

i was also thinkin bout melting. But i would not use open flame. I would use a heat gun if possible. If open flame is all you can use then i would use a long kitchen style lighter and apply mild heat to slowly soften and melt the intake boot.

look in my threads there is a thread about a sealer clear coat i would spray it over it to prevent it from leakin

Looks really are of no concern, performance is of high concern. I have a few solder irons and a good heat gun.

1995, I''l do some searching and look for it, I put some rtv on it a minute ago and clamped it over my end cap from my leak tester. I'll let it set up over night and see how it turns out. Thanks for the input.
