I recently rebuilt my carb and put in new Vito’s cages/reeds. Went to start and it wants to start but can’t. Engine has good compression and spark but no fuel is getting to the plug despite the bowl getting fuel. I made a questionable decision with the intake boot and cut a slit in it so it would fit into the reed cage and I’m wondering if that could be the cause of the issue. NEED SOMEONE TO POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. (Red line represents where I cut the slit)
