Buying wheels from rockymountainatv?

Buying wheels from rockymountainatv and am unsure what the measurments mean. Just as an example http://www.rockymountainatv.com/pro...VehParts=true&prodFamilyId=8673#vehicleSelect it says is a 10X5 3.0 + 2.0 now i would expect the 3.0 to be backspacing but what is with the +2.0?

I know this has to be stupid simple but i don't get it.

that means there not perfect center....there offset so you have a wider stance....2" on the outside of teh middle part of the rim 3" on the inside...best i can explain lol

reeds right. your front rims are 5'' wide from lip to lip. So the 3+2 means that the space from the outside lip to the center of the rim is 3'' and the space from the inside lip to the center is 2''

That's what i was thinking but why two measurements? If it is 5 inches wide and it has 3 inches of backspacing why do you need a second measurement. It only leaves two inches. Having said that you say the first measurement is the outside dish of the rim. Are you sure? Or would the 3 be the backspacing and the two is the frontspacing (facing out)? Just trying to make sure what i'm getting when i order wheels.

I can't say for sure that I'm correct with the order of the numbers.
