Okay, so i finally got my blasty out of the o'l shed and cleaned her off. i repainted my plastics black and installed a pro circuit platinum pipe.Also, i relized there is holes in my airbox lid, idk what the jetting is. Im going to make an order of a monster energy graphics kit with a seat cover, shock covers, a grab bar, and the pro circuit silencer. My questions is to rejet do i need some sort of kit? if so witch? help quick please.
 
tear your carb apart and clean it...take the main jet out and see what size it is and report back....if thats your only mod you could probly get away with bumping it up 2 sizes...
 
I got my my carb out and sprayed it with cleaner wile managing to get it in all my cuts too.haha. so my main jet says 230...is that stock?

Also, i took the pilot jet out not thinking(to clean it) and didnt count the turns out. so i dont know how to put in back in! Can the whole carb be sprayed down with cleaner cuz its all covered it grime?
 
FU*cK is right im cluless. ok. on another of my posts someone said 290(drilled airbox lid, full procircuit exaust). does this seam right? and does anyone else know what to do about my pilot jet thing.
 
The pilot jet should be screwed in tight just like the main jet. The onlt part that doesn't go in tight should be the air screw
 
i believe you turn it all the way back in, not tight, just till you feel it stop....then 2 1/2 turns back out....some one help out if im wrong.....
 
wait on jets r us what is the diff between oem style mikuni jets and genuine mikuni jets. What do i need. and do i need to change the needle or pilot from what u said.
