Breaking in a Fresh Top End!!!!

:-/ I am getting ready to rebuild my top end for the 3rd time and were wondering how should i break it in for the simple fact it has an air leak some where and now i have to find it once i rebuild it or before i rebuild... and what in the blaster usually go bad to where theirs an air leak because its been sitting for 3 years....
 
Make sure there is no rust on crank where seals ride. Either get a Clymers repair manual or find the download manual. Be sure to use grease on all new seals. Lube all crank/piston, etc with2s oil. Lube trans with whatever you will run. soak clutch plates if new. If re-using clutch, give them quick lube as assembling so it isn't semi-dry.
