My 04 runs great just putting areound the yard, but as soon as i get into it it starts breaking down. Ignition problem? Gas problem? What could it be?

What do you mean by breaking down? Like it boggs? When you hit the throttle you get nothing? It might be a TORS problem, have you disconnected that yet? There are write ups on how to disconnect it on an 04 on this site in the carb or electrical section. I would start there.
