Brake Problem - Help? :D

Anyways, my rear brake is messed up.. When I bought my blaster the rear brake never worked. When I press down, I feel very little friction, and it pretty much doesnt work.. Right now Im using my front brake which is kindof dangerous.. Is there anyway I could fix the brake? Are the cables loose or something?

brake pads still have some life on them? jack up the back undo the three allen screws turn the white thing a few clicks put back together turn wheel see if it spins freely i did this til my tire had a little drag on it.

There's also a great guide in the DIY section of these forums on how to make your back brakes work. Mine can lock on pavement now thanks to that guide.
