Boyesen Carbon Fiber Dual Stage reeds are the best replacement reeds. They are actually multiple petals one is a stock design and the top is carbon fiber so they open at different rates.
Super Stock doesn't really do a whole lot....an improvement, but not a huge one. I find reeds to be one of the most overrated mods.....a necessary one with a modded engine, but it's not like you will see a huge gain out of them. It's mostly a matter of throttle reponse and on and off throttle response. The power increase everywhere else is hard to notice. Not saying they are bad.....but some people exaggerate the improvement.....probably because they are running somewhat richer and the reeds lean them out a tad and gives a somewhat exaggerated improvement in power.....half because of reeds......half because they are running a leaner, more power optimal setup. I:I They do help though.
