i have 2 pistons blow out and jam stuck on my blaster its bone stock rite now except the wiseco piston i want to bore it out with changing the carb i heard its possible to a certain diameter but bigger requires a bigger carb. what size should i get it bored to with out upgrading the carb and also what size piston should i get for that specific bore size??? and does anybody know about how much money its going to set me back for just the boring and honing????? thanks Blaster Fans!!!!!

well first off, you can bore that .80 or .90 over and still run a stock carb, but if you have a reputable bike shop or machinists near by, they will tell you, after inspecting the cylinder, what size piston to get, prolly .10 or .20 over, and then bore it to match the piston,
no carb changes needed at all
if you dont have anyone near you to do this, just click the kenoconnorracing.com link at the bottom of my sig, then give him a call, he's the only one who touches my stuff, after getting 2 different hack jobs at shops around my area

and another thing...........you need to address WHY you're blowing pistons. a leakdown test before even firing it would be a good idea.
