Bogging/stalling under low throttle

hey whats up guys...my names steve, i currently own a banshee and am looking to pick up a blaster for my girlfriend. i found one locally thathas an fmf exhaust and a vito 240 kit on it. the owner is stating that it starts up but it wants to bog and die if you let off the gas. he said it was rejetted after the vito kit was put on but hasnt ran right since. im going to look at it today....i cant see this being anything other than a carb issue.......what do you guys think???

unless whoever put the kit in messed it up. check compression too.
