Bogging out and shutting off

I just put my blaster together. I rode it last night and it was fine. This morning I was cranking it up. It took a while to crank. And I finally got it running and idling. It would idle for about 10-20 secs. Then it would start bogging out and then shut off

good fuel flow to carb ?
float height correct ?
dribbling fuel out overflow ?
reeds good ?
try a new plug ?
leakdown tested ?
airscrew around 1.5 turns out ?

If you have just rebuilt the engine you should have leak tested it and done 3-5 heat cycles and re torqued the head and cylinder before you ride it.

This is to start the break in procedure and condition the head gasket.
