Blue expansion Chamber?

Well i bought my 2001 yamaha Blaster used, and I was cleaning the expansion chamber off with Brillo, and then i whiped it down and noticed this:

Is that Blue Factory Blue or did the previous owner Spraypaint it?

Oh well I was just wondering, I might buy Engine spray paint and Re-Paint it black....

Any ideas?

just throw sum paint remover on it its no biggie

use high heat enamel paint

previous owner spray painted it. Just use high temp paint and cover it up.
