BlasterForum wont let me post?

FINALLY i got to post just this 1 thing. Ive been trying to reply to posts and make new ones. IDK if someone is tampering into my account, but whatever it is, it wont stop. I cant do anything practicaly!!! These are the forum rules that I have when i cant post anything
