blaster wont start

o.k i tried pouring gas in the spark plug hole and nothing happened.so i pulled the head off to look , the piston is still good , no holes , i moved the piston down to chek if any scratches on sleeve . there wasnt, rings i dont know. can i just replace rings pretty cheap or not? i also removed cover of of flywheel and water or something came out of it is that normal? i am getting spark only some of the time . i dont know whats going on, and i really cant afford to take to shop right now .i would like to ride my new toy!

Maybe you got screwed.
definetly like regal said, pour some gas/starter fluid in that sh*t. but dont over do it with the starter fluid that sh*ts really bad for your rings. then throw the plug in, and kick as fast as a spic.

if i have to kick as fast as a spic then i'll git the one at skool to do it for me...
