So I finished te rebuild. Removed tors. There is spark. There is compression. The plug is new. The motor is getting gas. However when I kick it over it doesn't Sound like its doing anything. I got it to burp twice but that's it. I have no idea where to go from here

Air box lid is now off. And the quad sounds like it wants to start. However it's also making lots of weird noises. Kinda sounds like after a few kicks it build compression then blows it off

Good thing i took a picture of that, cant even second guess myself. Yes the piston is in correct, arrow points towards exhaust/front of bike.

I put my fingers into action before putting my brain into gear.

Could the flywheel have slipped timing?

Take the plug out and kick it lots with the throttle closed, helps if you drain the carb as well.

Could a mouse have nested in the header?

a little confused with a few things you just said lol.
everything is clean as can be, i knew it would be hard to start so every jet, the exhaust, every bit of everything is clean as can be.
I dont know anything about the flywheel, or how to adjust it, i simply removed it and put it back in the same spot

Yes the spark is nice and blue.
Is it possible to put the flywheel on without it aligning with the key?

Regardless its not the spark i know that for a fact, i just have no idea where to go from here, i shouldnt need to rejet to get a stock blaster running should I?

So I swapped pilot jet with the other carb I have turned it out 1.5 turns. And wala she started and sputtered for a little bit. But hopefully tomorrow I can get it running correctly. With carb adjustment. It goes pilot jet. Then main. The needle clip?

Ya it only goes on one way if you have the key. Might have it flooded real good. Pull the spark plug, turn it over so piston is BDC and leave plug out overnight so excess fuel can evaporate. Make sure you turn fuel off just in case of leaks.

No need to rejet if you put the airbox lid back on.

If is is the same as it came from the factory #32.5 pilot, #230 main, needle on middle slot.

Any changes to breathing, premix ratios, the jetting must be altered to suit confirmed by a plug chop.
