Hey I'm real sorry something is wrong where I can't post a picture but I finally got compression and I can get the bike to start and idel but on with a shot of starting fluid I doesn't matter if you kick it 100 times it won't start with out starting fluid and after it runs for about 30 seconds it seems like the throttle is stuck open but its not and the cable is new the slid is closing but it runs as if its wide open
Any ideas please let me know

Plugged pilot jet and/or circuit, float adjustment. Air leak for hang idle.

Can't believe your charging to spray starting fluid

Where did you get your technician certification? There is no lubrication in starter fluid and should not be used with 2 strokes.

If you have to use starting fluid to start, there is something that needs to be fixed.

Low compression, reeds or just a plain dirty carby.
