Blaster wont spark

Hey, we just put the blaster back together and we can't get a spark out of it. If you have any ideas of what we can try to get it to spark again, that would be sweet.

No thats cool man. We're using an Answer Roost Boost and I'm thinking that may have something to do with the CDI box. Should we try just not using the Roost Boost and see if its the CDI box or are they not dependent of each other?

if your tors is not eliminated that will cause no spark so unplug all tors components also check for proper grounding coil needs to be grounded for fire

Clean your flywheel and stator to start with, my yz250 wasnt getting spark and it ended up just being a thin layer of dust that got on the inside of my flywheel. If its not that then bring it to a local shop and have them use their resitor tester or w/e its called to test your cdi and coil. My local shop did it for free, not sure what others charge. If there is nothing wrong with either of them then it will more than likely mean you need a stator.

Is the plug fowled? Cuz I just tore my entire bike apart over a fowled plug. Should've been the first thing I checked. lol

i did my whole wiring harness myself and made a custom one last week, i cleaned up my stator and it looks new a few days ago, but i just need the 2 bolts that hold the stator assembly in place, so it could just be that

Well we're getting spark out of the stator, and we're getting spark into the kill switch and into the CDI but no juice coming out of the CDI. And its a bran new one too. I don't know if we're just not looking in the right place or if we're not sending power into the CDI box correctly or what. I also don't know where the ground is for the bike itself. I mean isn't there a common ground post somewhere?

common ground it typically by the clutch arm looking from the driver side of the bike at the motor it more left (front) of the carb on the clutch cover I'd check the wire , is there a magneto in the blaster motor , typical solution for small motors

Did you put the keyway back on the flywheel shaft? If not this could cause the magnets in the stator to not catch right causing no spark this happened to me today so i made a key way bad idea it broke and now my quad still isnt fixed lol
