Blaster won't run right help!!!

I just bored my motor 40 over and rejetted to 290. I went through the break in process like i was suppose to. Was riding today and WOT geared down to 4th gear and it kinda stalled. Now when I try to ride it acts like the fuel is cutting in and out? In first gear it jerks.
