ngk br8es or b8es is the plug type
airscrew setting starts at 1 1/2 turns out from fully closed
twist throttle ??? perhaps person did not tap the idle screw the right way?
carb slide is fully opening in carb....you can look at it fully opening with carb
dangling as you twist/push throttle fully open
it could be a timing issue or flooding fuel/starving fuel..list goes on....

I mean should be clockwise or counter clockwise I'm a beginner when it comes to this my mechanic isn't around lol
Platinum is a type, b8 is proper heat range.
Why was carb replaced?
Is TORS "brain" disconeccected? What about parking brake switch?
Is this a sudden problem, slowly worsening, or always been like that?
Might be best to list all your mods and what jets you have in carb?
When was last time carb was cleaned? Fresh fuel? Leakdown or compression test?
Turn air screw clockwise until lightly seated, now CCW 1 1/2 turns for starting point.
NOTE: Air screw and throttle slide stop screw are two different things !!!
