I have taken down my blaster and put in a wiseco piston and LRD pipes and left everything else stock. Now whenever I kick it, it will start up but die instantly, and less i keep giving it some gas. I've replaced the spark, and swapped the carb with another working stock carb off my other blaster and still nothing. I've taken off the manifold and reeds and they seem to be very wet (if that means anything). I got new mix in with 40:1(took off oil injection). There also seems to be like oil leaking out of the head of the pipe. I think it has to do with the timing of the magneto. I'll try and post pics. Thanks in advance

i'm guessing an air leak. have you checked the compression after the rebuild? did it run okay before putting the piston in?

I got it to idle, it ended up being the ignition coil. Now everytime I give it some gas, it won't idle back down. It not just idling fast but it sounds funny as well. Thanks in advance

you're lean on the pilot jet. you need to either clean out the carb or adjust the air screw. where is the air screw set at

I adjusted the are screw and it makes literally no difference when it is in all the way. When I adjust the idle screw, it makes a difference. It just when ever I give it gas it seems to idle higher than the original idle. I did clean out the carb and everything seemed fine. I'm running a 32.5 pilot jet.
