blaster wont idle : Help a bro out

Just rebulot blaster. It will start when throttle is open but will not idle. Pilot jet is clean when I take it out. It wants to idle but sometimes it will kinda backfire and then die. Need help

Make sure all the connections on the carb boot are tight. Cleaned the air filter?? If it will just barely not idle, and you know it's jetted right, adjust the air screw or the idle screw, or both. If they need anything more than just a little tweak, like a half turn or more, then you should re-jet.

Give your Carb a good service and clean up in a bucket with engen degreaser and boiling (HOT)water and use a brush to get in those trickey places.
