Ok i picked up an 04 blaster the other day got it cheap but i cant get it to run... the guy i got it off stripped the harness to "only needed to run" wires but still dont run i have tried everythin i no to get it to start with no luck... has 120 lbs. comp. getting fuel getting spark but wont run carb is spotless new plug reeds look good but nothing anyone have any ideas?

Yes has a good clean blue spark... only wires he left there are the ones that come outta engine and go to the CDI and the orange wire from cdi to coil and the ground wires.

Going by what you posted, all I can think of at this point is that your getting to much fuel and flooding it. I would say reeds but you said there good.

120lbs. comp. i was told to spray starting fluid behind flywheel as im kicking it and if it starts the crank.seal on that side is bad. anyome ever have any luck doing this?

I have always heard to NEVER use starting fluid/Ether with a 2-Stroke, the ether works against your oil mix lubrication and can actually cause some damage. I could be wrong but thats what I was told.

I've always heard "if it have spark, fuel and compression....it has to run" but it has to spark at the right time. Is it possible the timing key is spared and the flywheel has spun on the crank, causing an out of time spark?

Also check ur float level n the plunger and all the o rings in the carb. Re adjust the air idle screw to 1.5turns out, and do a search on here for the proper way to eliminate the tors on a 03+.

Test the whole motor for leaks.
