hey i recently bought a blaster it will crank on choke but wide open when unchoked it dies just put new reeds new spark plug and the is suppose to be new i bought it on the pretents that it needed reeds but that didnt work the tors system is hooked up but that doesnt seem like it affects it

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Sounds like a dirty carb, clogged main jet, etc. Take the carb apart and clean the jets with small wire, compressed air, etc. Use carb cleaner on everything, definitely sounds like it has internal dirt issues. Assure float is correctly functioning as well. Is it stock? Any pipe/jet work? Just wondering what jets should be in the carb and what not.

Just for piece of mind, search this forum for the TORS removal, and do the delete. Will not hurt. Is the bike a pre 2003 or later model?
