blaster will crank but wide open need help

hey i recently bought a blaster it will crank on choke but wide open when unchoked it dies just put new reeds new spark plug and the is suppose to be new i bought it on the pretents that it needed reeds but that didnt work the tors system is hooked up but that doesnt seem like it affects it can any one help me please

start by cleaning the carb, and air filter... normally if they will run on choke, but not off it that means there starving for fuel.. which normally means dirty carb

Welcome to the forum.Make sure your tank valve is not dirty.Take it out and check the screen on it.
