blaster vs 300ex

nope but i found out that my stator coil is slashed witch could explain why it has been ackten like my gf lol (pms) but i have to ge that fixed and now a new flywheel key and one of my friends is wanting to trade my blaster for his 400ex but it needs a topend rebuild and its only like 18 bucks he dont kno that lol unless the pistons f*cked up witch he says it runs still but no compressin so i might trade him and get another blaster later on
 
dont trade 400exs are hell on transmisssions man, i put 4 trannys in my 400 in a year and it was bone stock and a trail bike, it only got rode when my wife would come with me to the dunes
 
Some problems of your blasty may be the 270jet? i dunno im just told that is reaaly big for a stock carb. get a 28 or 30 size carb and keep the same jet on it you should be fine unless it runs crappy that you can throw a bigger jet. but too big of a jet causes the fuel to air ratio to be too much fuel not enough air thus you can foul your plug, cook the motor.. etc etc
