Riding with my bro the other day that now owns my 1992 Blaster. He did stall the bike a few times because I think he wasn't keeping the RPMs up high enough and was fouling the plug. Eventually he staled and we couldn't get it running again, it would start but would rev good and then die / bog out. I assumed it was only the plug, but it didn't look bad when we pulled it. Is it possible he is just not driving it right or should I look into it further? I had no problems last time I rode it, but who knows?

Be smart, Change the plug to a new one. I had a few that didn't look bad and they were sh*t. Change the plug out with a new one. You may be jetted wrong if its fouling the plug by running slow.

If your fouling plugs is sounds like a jetting problem. What kind of mods are you running or is it stock? Do you mix your gas or using the oil injection?

Put a new plug in it when we got home fired right up. The jetting is stock, but with the addition of a FMF Fatty Pipe, and Power Core silencer I am going to change it to a 270. The gas is mixed, oil injection block off kit.

IMO a #260 would work the best on a fmf pipe just my 2cent
