My shift star was broken so I got it welded to the shift drum. I Put it all together and I only have first gear. If I try to upshift its hard to do and only ends up acting like its in neutral. I took her back apart and pulled the clutch basket out. Tryed shifting it by hand while turning the input/output shaft (whatever its called) and it would only be solidly locked in place (in gear) while it was in first. If I tried rotating the shaft while trying to upshift by hand it would just turn in place. Seems as though I have other problems here. Any tips ?
Blaster only has first gear.

Not sure... Im sure you will find your answer here somewhere... You may end up splitting the cases..
