I just put gaskets on top end and my friend took it out for a ride for a couple hours and wouldn't stop beatin the crap out of it. So it started stalling when wasn't given gas so I cleaned carb and air box. And gotten better so the next day I let it warm up for five mins and I was driving normal and heard a small clunk so I let it go and drove slowly then it started knocking. And can't figure out what's wrong. Please let me know if anyone can help me. Thank you

OK couple things. The top end, did you buy a eBay kit? If so thats problem/mistake #1. If you installed a new top end and did not perform proper break in procedures, heat cycles, 1st tank no more than 3/4 throttle, then thats problem/mistake #2. When you finished the top end you didnt leak test that would bring up #3!!

Hears what I am going to guess what happened. You bought the $80 kit, with a green base gasket, put it on and gave it to your buddy to beat the ever loving piss out of it. Now the cylinder with its unchamfered ports is snagging a ring. Or the cylinder was bored to 66.00, then the warehouse in china picked up a 66.00mm piston off a shelf and said, "eh that looks good". So who knows if the piston to cylinder wall clearance is within spec. Might not even be a ring snagging the port, could be the actual piston!!

I only bought top end gasket kit no piston. Piston looked good and rings did to same with reeds. Had no problem for the first week intill my friend wouldn't stop beatin on it. And it knocks now

Ok so you did a top end but you didnt change the piston or bore. All you changed was the gaskets? Kinda confused on why you would change those and only those... Please explain your reasoning. I have no clue how long it will last man.
