blaster getting liscesned

ok few years ago my dad tried to liscesne his blaster its a 205cc blaster he said he has a toomey kit on it and it is bored .10 over. well he gets it liscesened for about a week and they take it away and say it isnt 200cc ok so just a few weeks ago i saw a stock blaster liscensed driving around that is retarded and a quad has to be 200cc or more to be liscecned a stock blaster is 195cc!!

well techinically it will prboably be considered a 195cc unless it has a 240 bb kit. boring doent add much cc so they probly dont count it.

ok sorry this sounds dum i dont no what lp stands for ill take a gusse a liscense plate well u go to ur county court house fill out a form and they send it off to ur state office for something

my dad said they rejected it because he bought it brandnew and the title said 195 cc and that was after the toomey kit and boring he tried to liscesne it so they thoguht it was still a 195 cc i hate how the government works sometimes and he told them he had the toomey kit and boring done to it but they still rejected it

yes u cn if u get them liscensed heres my states laws
All ATVs must be titled.
ATV use on highways is prohibited, except to cross these roads. Four-wheeled ATVs of 200cc or more may be licensed for highway use if they meet motorcycle equipment requirements, and operator has a valid driver's license.
No one under 12 and older may operate an ATV in highway ditches

damn must be nice in iowa u can only ride on private land or a atv park which are very few.. you get caught riding ditches or gravels or highways you can get upwards of 2800 - 3500 bucks for fines. had a friend get a state dick pulled him over goin to his parents on a quad about 2 miles down the road got 3100 dollars in fines for no blinkers not reg no plates no insurance speeding they socked him for what ever they could
