In rough condition asking $100 shipped best offer takes it. Can deff be polished up but has some rust on the inside near the engine side

Yes, the actual pipe is in good condition and its as good as any new one, but it does have a lot of rust and is a little rough. I know it says Or Best Offer, and I know that you will see offers lower than half the asking price.
