over the years ive seen and read alot about putting bigger engines in blasters, mainly 250s, and im guna do the same. together me and a friend have 7 frames ranging from '91 to '04, and 4 engines in same year range. im guna put a yz 250 in my 91 and then after the motor was out i started thinking,,, i could put that motor in one of the other frames or try to find a dirtbike that it would fit in. now the blaster motor with some mods is a strong engine and think how much stronger it would feel in alot lighter frame!! so besides a dt, does anyone know of a yamaha frame that it would bolt into or fit in without alot of fab work?? id like to do that with it if its not going to be a big hastle, and i dont want to use a frame thats very old.
