Blaster boggs down on anything after idle.

Hello, I'm sitting here pulling my hair out trying to find answers to my problem and hope someone here is ale to help me. Here it goes. When I start my blaster it will idle fine but when hitting the throttle it boggs down to where it almost shuts off. I am at an elevation of around 500ft and im using a 300 main jet stock piolet jet and stock needle setting. I have done a leak test and im good. My air screw is only 1/2 turn out and it idles fine anything more then this it shuts off. The mods that I have on the quad is a fmf silencer stock pipe. aftermarket filter and open air box lid. Please help

Is your TORS still hooked up? What year Blaster?

Tors is unhooked it is a 89 blaster

it seems like its running really rich on anything over idle. Could this be due to a bad float level or bad reeds?

Clean carb, float needle seat. Set float level.
Make sure you can see through all jets including emulsion/main jet tube.
Blow compressed air thru all openings.

Ok so i found the problem with it bogging down... I was because one of the reed pedals was broke off. It has good throttle response as of now but seems like it is still running rich (May Just Be Me.) The air screw is still only set at 1/2 turn out from fully closed is this normal? I thought that the starting point is usually right around 1 1/2 turns out.

Besides above /\ is air filter clean ??
