Bill's Racing Pipe....

Ok, I am trying to figure some things out about this blaster I just got. It has an aftermarket Bill's Pipe on it, was wondering what size jets it should be running? The guy I got it off of had a 230 main jet in it, I dont know how it runs with it cuz it needs rings at the moment but was curious as to what it should be. Thanks...

NOT a 230. thats stock. get a 260-280 and see what runs best

Bills Website says run a 260 if you are going through all the gears most of the time. Also they said to run 270 if you are running 2nd gear alot (trail Riding) and for both to be a 35 pilot jet stock is 32.5

Thanks guys, I never rejetted my old blaster so I had no clue what the stock jetting was lol...I'll probably buy a few of them, I trail ride alot but I also just go side roads to ride sometimes.

No wonder it needs rings! Probably more than that since it was really lean.
