Well i got my top end back from the yamaha shop yesterday and got it all put on today. Well the guy there told me that my cylinder was on its last bore and couldnt be bored again. When i got it all on and ready to go, i drove it maybe 1/10th of a mile down the road and back barely on the gas, and the head got so hot in that 30 sec ride that you couldnt touch it with your hand. Is this because of the last bore? Should i take my other cylinder and get it bored? Or is this normal when breaking a fresh top-end in? Please help! I have a full pro-circuit exhaust and a 310 jet for engine mods.

Is that safe to ride or not? Its pretty damn hot i've never felt one this hot after a minute of riding. I havent had the chance to break it in yet, thats what i was in the process of doing...
