big bore???

You will need to get the Old Sleeve removed, The Cylinder Bored out to fit the new Sleeve, the ports Matched to the new Sleeve. you will need to get Some Head work done to work with the larger bore.

From what i have read if you going to go 240 it is best just to buy a kit. will be just as much with out all the crap work.

i dont have the money for a big bor kit and my dads friend runs a machine shop thats hwere i got it bored before..

You will need a new Sleeve - about 90$
a big bore piston - about 140$
Big Bore head Gasket - about 20$
Head Work - about 70$

this is 320- not including the Bore work - i am guessing Free if he is a good buddy.

alright i added all of the stuff up and it came to 229$ Thts the sleave pistion and head gasket.
now will i have to get a new carb bc i heard that it wont work right with the stock carb.

itll work just be undersized but itll work, youll be down a few peak hps but the throttle respond should be great with the stk carb

just make sure you jet that stock carb properly for the new bb, before you even fire it up, maybe ask around and someone will get you in the ballpark,
