i searched youtube for our local organized hillclimb...Beaverdale PA.
which strokedtater says he used to run before getting into drags,
got any old vids matt ?????
heres an amature shot vid of some bikes, most that fail miserably, and then i came across the atv's which says it is a clip from the huevos 3 video series, but thats definately beaverdale in there............

beaverdale from the huevos 3 vid, spotters couldnt help that shee that gets destroyed near the end.............

heres a local, tiger strank at beaverdale, i think he's pro now, i saw him on espn once...

and i have no clue who this is, but they need their head examined, this is nuts....

They look like fun places to go sledding at in the winter............that's about it. I know damn well my Blaster wouldn't have the faintest chance in hell of making it up those hills.

yeah, i don't fool around too much either on hillclimbs, one slip and you could end up with scrap metal

i believe that was matt novak back around 1999...he is from over around here and has some sick quads now.. streetbike swaps, mostly built hillclimbers..i have never lost my machine there..there was only 1 ocsasion that i didnt make it and it was becasue i forgot to turn my gas on...duhhh!!! i used to be a hillclimb junkie. this hill is nasty steep..and over 220ft. long..you have to be there, on the hill to really know..it is a 70+ degree incline. you have about a 15ft runway to get speed up. i would come out in 2nd and run that the entire hill with 13/40 gearing.(stock is 12/42)..the huevos vid gives ya the best idea of the steepness of this beast..here is a vid of myself there from about 6 years ago on my built 250 quadracer..here ya go..1st vid is me, plus ill add some others..I:I

If I ended up totaling a quad because I forgot to turn my gas on, I might go lauched myself off the side of the hill.

YouTube - beaverdale hillclimb 2009 gopro

thanks joe!!

i believe that rider with the gopro is bryan russnack.. if so thats a 1000cc streetbike engine shooting n20...its a bad mutha! yeah its steep man..have you ever tried to walk up it?..that is a very difficult task..hahaha..i used to belong to the club and we would go work on the hill and clean up, cut grass ect. if you lose your footing on it you are going for a ride.
