well I got a 2003 Yamaha blaster 1 year ago now and I have put the fallowing stuff on it

new Top End Gasket kit
new Piston and rings
new Ignition Coil
new STATOR
new torus eliminator
new reeds
new carburetor
new spark plug

And I still cant get it going :'( please HELP

it won't even start ?
was the piston intalled facing the correct direction ?
was it leakdown tested ?
what carburetor ?
what jetting ? pilot/needle clip and main ?
what airscrew setting ?
does it have spark ?

was the correct 03+ method to eliminate the "tors" done ?.....

parking brake switch disconnected ?
if not do so, just unplug it, or cut the wires and tape them off seperately.

check your reeds, but my money is on the parking brake or the TORS. I know you said you have eliminated the TORUS? but id double check that if I were you.

That does seem very "Parking brake override" ish to me or the tors, a quick fix if you don't want the parking brake safety override is to cut the wire from the parking brake housing. It could be the tors if the elimination wasn't done correctly, so check that it is done properly via one of the guides on here.

it does sound like the parking brake, but when mine is locked it will rev a little higher than that, check to make sure you didnt forget that you locked it, and then if thats not it go back through the tors system and check the wires for that also.

I disconnected the parking brake wires on the back and on the front
I over looked my eliminated torus and it is all good. and I just put new reeds on it. And it's still running like that :'( please help

I am still swinging with the parking brake circuit, it seems that the control unit is telling the CDI not to fire.

Double check the TORS removal, and if there could be a short or pinched wire in the brake wires.

did you connect the 2 tors wires coming out of the cdi/tors box as shown in the 03+ tors removal ?

(Lastly, strip the ends of the wires and splice the yellow and black wires together where they have been cut. (you must splice both sets ...at the cdi and at the carb). ..........

is the pipe clogged with anything ?
(mouse nest, forgotten rag, ect.)
easy test is to remove the pipe from the cylinder and see if it revs (don't over do it, just a quick test)

But it dose run just rilly BAD.
and I have the parking brake unplugged
yes I did splice both CDI and carb side. for the torus
I will check the pipe.

Slosh baffle sits around and below the main jet, its aim is to keep gas around the bottom of the main jet when bike is lurching around.

okay yes my Slosh baffle is in place
I have 3 blasters and I am just going to swop out all my electrical stuff of one of my other blasters :'( I will let you all know if it works then :(

IIRC, the Blaster grounds the power when key or bar switch is off
therfore make sure that when it is in the on posistion it doe not have continuity. Check ALL conections and grounds are clean/ tight, add a dab of dielectric grease to them. Make sure coil mount is clean BARE metal.
Have you ohmed the coil/plug cap? Stator? Are poles on stator rust free? Inside of flywheel clean>
