I will try to upload some pics of this basket case i just tore down. I am going to add a new top end ..060 over and new pwk28 and of course i will try to jet it just right. There is a few bent areas i will straighten . All new plastic will be in silver. I am a certified welder and machineist for over 30 yrs so i will be doing the bore and hone as well as any other mods includeing a head shave, i could do the port work but honestly a great port job is better left to the pro's. I have all the high speed porting tools but never working this blaster so i decided i will save porting when i move up to a 240 kit with some help of course.
I am new to the blaster so i will have many questions In reguards to jetting and how the heck you do the torque specs with such limited space on the cylinder base.
Thanx to AWK i have some new hydro's on the way as well as an FMF pipe and silencer i found here. If i can figure out this picture thing on this site i will show everyone my before and after i finish pics.
The info this site has shared has been awsome, thanx to all the blasty guys here!! I assure everyone if i cant get the power i need doing this myself i will send it off for a full rebuild from top to bottom , i either go all out or nothing.
This blaster is in poor shape so it will take me around 6 weeks i guess to finish it with no big hiccups.
