can a banshee pwk 28mm carb work on a blaster and if so is it worth it?

Should work just fine providing it is fitted with the fuel enrichment.

It will need re jetting if it was running on a Shee, as engine sizes differ.

Depending on your mods as to wether it will work better.

If the engine is stock with no mods, you may loose some bottom end with the larger carby.

i was thinking of buying it to have handy once i start my rebuild going 250 bbk with 3mm

If you are going BB 240 and + 3 you might look at something larger, especially of you have port work done.
