I have not owned a 2 stroke in awhile but my Blaster seems to vibrate alot more then normal. I can feel it in the foot pegs pretty bad. Is this normal? What could cause this? The engine mounts appear to be tight upon visual inspection. The motor has good compression and runs good. :(

There is a balancer gear that is on the clutch side of the motor. take off your clutch cover and see if the the dot on the balancer gear is liked up with the gear in front of the crank seal. My quad vibrated really bad when I replaced my crank seal and didnt bother to line the dots back up.

remove the clutch cover and align the dots on the balancer gear witht the dots on the gear in front of the Crank Seal. Its easy should take you about 20 mins. And when you look at the gears you will know if the dots are lined up or not.

is it possable for the gear to move out of place without the bottom end bieng messed with? ive never had it apart and mine started doing this to, just at a low rpm i can feel it in the handlebars and it maked a deep sounding knock, p.s the piston and rings were replaced about 6 hours of ride time ago
