ok so i installed a new pipe, and i took out the carb changed the reeds, jets and then put it back in the blaster and the slide was not in all the way but there was probably a 1-2cm gap, is this suppose to go down all the way? i started it and it reved automaticly without touching the gas, im pretty sure it is that the slide was not down all the way but is it suppose to? i also played with the air screw did nothing

where was the gap if i remember right on the one side of the slide i think there is alittle gap its should be on the airfilter side i could be wrong i cant remember

There is a gap on both sides it is a bit off the bottom, is there a way to adjust the throttle cable

do you have tors? if so take your seat off, under the rubber flap at the back of the gas tank you can get to the tors unit under the seat, there is a screw there, turn it out till you get a good idle. if you don't have tors, you should have installed an idle screw on the side of your carb. screw it out some.
