about a month ago, we ordered a set of ASV unbreakable levers from them.
they sent us an email about 4 hours later saying that they were shipped by UPS. so we took there word for it and did not ask for the tracking number. a week later the levers were still not here so we emailed them, the did not respond for about 5 days... they finally emailed us back saying that they had just been shipped, so we asked for the tracking number a couple days later they email us back and give us a USPS tracking number...

so just today, we sent them an email saying that we were not happy and are going to leave negative feedback on ebay... the email us back in 2 minutes saying that if we leave positive feedback they would credit 25$ to our ebay account...

they are a sad and pathetic company..... stay far far away...

i had a very similar sh*tty experience with them, and posted on here about it.
finally after telling me the truth, that after a week and a half, he finally got his lazy fat ass from behind the computer and shipped my stuff, he offered me 10% off my next purchase < baaaaaaaaaaaahahahahaaaaa

i go out of my way to make sure i dont purchase from them, even if i have to pay more !!!!!

you could drive to cali and pick it up yourself faster than their gonna ship it, if it comes at all
