how long does it take you and how much more useable power do you get out of it at the track? or are you still in the early discovery stages? also how much? not that I want one just a standard question.
Hey Joe, just got the head today, a day early. Guess I learned to not send it ups cause they take forever and I'll only send it USPS like u did for faster cheaper shipping. The head looks amazing and I can't wait to test it out
WOW!!! I'm blown away by how fast it got there! I sent it on saturday the 23rd at 1:44 pm,and you get it monday morning? I mean WOW! USPS priority mail is sometimes faster than they say,but this was like extra fast.
Arnold, don't forget to jet up ^ at least 10 to 13 jet sizes with the stock carb. Its drawing in that much more air. Don't burn up all that hard work. Go big and jet down. I'm at 4,500 feet above sea level, and in the warm weather I'm using a #340 to #360 main jet at my altitude. Remember that stock is #230. We're going to need pictures too!
Trust me I will be posting pics and vids after its all said and done I think the biggest I have is a 310 main so I'll go out and buy up to a 360 and start there
Thats way closer to sea level, and the denser air. I wouls start off even bigger to be safe, and then go down in size as planned. I would probably start with a #400 main. I wonder what "Best" up ther in Nova Scotia is running for a main jet? I believe he's close to your altitude.
