are blaster/400ex same wheel nut size

quick question are blaster and 400ex wheel nut sizes the same size?

reason why i bought the spacers that screw onto the wheel studs so wondering if they are the same size

I believe so. Blaster are M10 x 1.25 by about 30mm. I *think* that the honda's are the same.

All quads do NOT have the same lugs. Some of the late 80's suzuki's have M8 studs and most of the honda ATC's had M8 studs.

Nearly all the modern jap stuff has M10 x 1.25 but that's not necessarily universal (I haven't tried every one to confirm)

no we are talking the thread of the lug nuts not the rim/hub bolt pattern

My wheel spacers from my blaster fit on my 450r so I would think the 400ex are the same as there 450

If they fit from the blaster to the 450r then I would think that the hubs on your blaster have been changed. The rear of the blaster are 4x100 and I think very few over the years have that pattern. Like sicivicdude stated most all have the same studs in the atv world but like everything else there are some that had to be different. When I was lookin for suitable spacers a while back I came across some useful information on this topic, its the 3 links in my sig.
