Depends on what state, county, and town. Some counties in states allow it but some don't. Then, you have to deal with your town. If your town has an ordinance against them then don't even bother. What your doing is changing the title from an off-road only title to an on-road title. I think in Indiana you have to have DOT tires, brake lights, maybe a headlight. Then you have to pass a inspection. If you pass you have to put these numbers on your quad in 3 in. number stickers. The best thing by far to do is ask a police officer or go to your bmv and ask them. Hope this helps.
