^ dont look like they could be to awful hard to make some. go to lowes or home depot and pick a material you like then either fasten it with a few bolts (if its thick enough) or glue that baby down. or both I:I i couldnt find them so this was just my suggestion

look up jet ski foam base. they make all colors and patterns. It's got a sticky back. just cut to shape, peal the back and apply
